Mama Lágbájá was busy, always busy, there was no time to make an appointment. She can't remember the last time she had seen her menses, the grandchildren had taken all her attention of late, but the bleeding had caught her off guard. Where was even the sanitary wear? It was brief, a few days maybe, time moved on and she forgot.
Post menopausal bleeding
this is defined as any vaginal bleeding once a woman has reached menopause. Whether it is spotting, or like a proper period - it is significant.
Why

The main concern is that the underlying cause is cancer, particularly endometrial (womb) cancer.
